Ten Things to do Everyday

  • Upon awakening, before opening eyes place your hands on your heart and begin the Inner Smile Meditation. This is before talking, before touching your loved one. It’s a great start of the day!
  • Throughout the day when thinking of the breath do belly breathing. Inhale and tighten your PC muscles, exhale and relax the PC muscles.
  • When defecating squat on the rim of the toilet bowl.
  • In the morning upon arising pour a bucket of cold water on the crown of your head. The best is if you can be outside with your feet on the earth. If you can’t be out of doors then do it in the tub or shower after your warm shower.
  • When urinating stop the flow and do a slow count to ten. Then resume peeing. Repeat often, every time you urinate.
  • Drink a lot of water.
  • Whenever you are standing remember to root and center yourself. You can easily modify your horse stance so as not to call attention to what you’re doing.
  • Do your chi kung warm-ups or have some exercise routine that you can do every day.
  • At the end of the day do the Six Healing Sounds before sleeping. Do them where the children sleep.
  • Make love. At the end of the day do the “Prayers”: She must be wet and receptive; he must be erect and ready. Use the nesting spoons positions for the vagina to receive the penis. Breathe and smile together into sleep.
